Privacy Policy

The short version: your photo is held in memory for the length of one request, used to compute an age estimate, and dropped. It is never written to disk, never logged, never shared and never used to train anything.

Who operates this site

Lucentage is a free tool operated by EchoLensa Aesthetic Inc. This policy covers Lucentage only — our other products, including Echolens Ratings, publish their own policies.

Photos you upload

When you run an estimate, your browser resizes the image and sends it over an encrypted connection to the Lucentage inference service. The service decodes it in memory, runs the model, returns the result, and releases the memory. No copy is written to disk, no copy is kept in a cache, and no copy is retained after the response is sent.

Because nothing is stored, there is nothing for you to delete afterwards and nothing for us to hand over if someone asks.

What we do log

The service keeps short-lived operational logs to stay online and to enforce rate limits. Those records contain the time of the request, the response status, how long inference took, and a truncated or hashed form of the requesting IP address. They do not contain your image or the estimate produced from it.

Analytics and cookies

This site sets no cookies and includes no advertising, no third-party trackers and no cross-site analytics. Nothing is stored in your browser, so there is no consent banner to click through.

Third parties

The site is served as static files from a hosting provider and a CDN, which necessarily see the network requests needed to deliver pages, and the inference service runs on hosted infrastructure. Those providers process request metadata on our behalf to deliver the service. Your photos are not shared with anyone, and no data is sold or used for advertising.

Children

Lucentage is not directed at children and is not intended for use by them. Please do not upload photos of children. Because no uploads are retained, we hold no personal data about anyone pictured.

Your rights

Data-protection law gives you rights of access, correction and erasure over personal data held about you. Since we retain no images and no account data, in practice there is nothing held about you to access or erase beyond the short-lived operational logs described above.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that affects how uploads are handled, the updated date at the top of this page will change and the new terms will apply from that date.
